Sunset Family Session in Cape Elizabeth, Maine | Maine Family Photographer

I have been so busy lately that I haven’t really had time to blog my family sessions, but when I was selecting images for this sneak peek, I realized there were so many that I wanted to share from this one that I needed to do a blog post for it. I mean, everything about this session was a dream—the light, the family, the location. Sometimes I feel the need to pinch myself because I feel so lucky to be able to document memories like these for the sweetest families. And that is one thing you will notice about these images. This family loves each other, like really loves each other! I know this because of how happy they are to just be together, and how much they are able to let go during their session and forget about me! The kiddos were content to play on the beach, catching hermit crabs, digging in the sand, exploring tide pools. And their mom and dad were right there with them, holding hands, swinging them, twirling in a circle for a little ring-around-the-rosy. It was all so beautiful to witness and such an honor to be the one to document it for them. Here are a few of my faves.
