How amazing is the female body? Every time I am lucky enough to photograph a mama to be I am reminded of this. I am in awe of every woman who steps in front of my lens at this time in her life and wants this piece of her journey documented. It doesn’t matter if this is your first baby or your fifth, I think every pregnancy deserves to be documented. You deserve to take some time just for you, to really sink into the feelings of what you’re going through, and to celebrate it before that new little soul comes into the world and everything changes.

I’m so excited to share this gorgeous studio maternity session on the blog today! It’s so crazy to think that Jessie welcomed her little girl into the world only 10 days after this session. I am so glad we took the time to play in the studio that Sunday morning. Here are a few of my favorite images!
